We are a small crew and we like it that way. Every client is onboarded personally. Every business core is private to that client, never shared, never used for anyone else.
We attack our own ship so nobody else can
Your business runs on trust, so does ours. Here is how your data is protected, in plain words.
Every client's data is logically separated and access-scoped by client. Your strategist is scoped to your business only, and your data is reached through your own authenticated login. No client can see another client's data.
We run our own adversarial checks against our live systems, including forged-login and cross-client access attempts, and we fix what they surface. This is our own testing, not an independent audit, and the findings go to the founder.
Your data is encrypted in transit, used only to serve you, and never sold. We never share one client's data with another. The only outside parties who touch it are the service providers that run Tailwind, hosting, AI, payments and email, and only to deliver it to you. When you cancel, we remove your core and portal data from active systems and keep only what the law requires; backups age out on our rotation and any processor copies expire on their own terms.

What exactly is Tailwind?

Is my business data private?
Yes. Your business core belongs to you. It is stored per client and logically separated from other clients' data. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with other clients. We do not sell data, period. And we do not just promise it: our own red team runs adversarial security tests against our live systems, trying to forge logins and reach one client's data from another's seat, and we fix what they find.
What does it cost?
The entry offer is the Review Follow-Up System at $97 a month. From there you add systems that fit your business, and those tiers are scoped and quoted to your setup so the number is real. Month to month, cancel anytime. Your own ad spend and any third-party platform fees stay separate.
Do I need to be technical?
If you can send a text message, you can use Tailwind. You talk to your strategist in plain words. There is nothing to install beyond opening a web page, and you can add it to your phone's home screen in two taps.
How does enrollment work?
Tell us you're interested below. We study your business and your market, then a real person reaches out to talk it through, including pricing. If we both feel the fit, you get your private enrollment link with your Business Score, we build your intelligence core, and your portal opens once your strategist is grounded in your business and your field.
