Your Strategist

knows your business cold, any hour
The Fairmont called. They want us for a styled shoot next month but it costs $1,200 to participate. Worth it?
Short answer: yes, and negotiate. A styled shoot at The Fairmont puts you in front of their planner network, and their venue tag on your photos is worth more than the fee. Two conditions: get the participant list first (you want at least one florist and photographer who publish), and ask for the shoot featured on the venue's own social. If they say yes to that, the $1,200 becomes an ad you could never buy.
Ok. Draft the reply asking for both.
Done, it's waiting in Signals for your review. I kept it warm and made both asks feel like collaboration, not conditions.

The Chart

your live playbook · updated this morning
Vision: the planner luxury couples call first for coastal weddings. Booked out 14 months, chosen for taste, not price.
This season: venue relationships over volume. Every preferred-vendor list we join compounds forever.
Next 30 days: 1. Fairmont styled shoot  2. publish the spring wedding to two magazines  3. ask the last four couples for reviews while the glow is fresh

dictated after a venue walk:
"Ceremony lawn faces west, golden hour is unreal here. Coordinator Maria super friendly, her daughter plays soccer Saturdays. Remind me Thursday to send her the June timeline."
Reminder captured: Thursday: send Maria the June timeline

Morning Northstar

Tuesday, 7:02 AM
Good morning. Yesterday moved two waypoints, and the press submission is out the door.

The one thing today: the Fairmont reply. They asked first, warm doors close fast, and everything else this month gets easier if that relationship lands.

You are ahead of last week. Keep the wind.

🧭 Compass

openings worth chasing right now
Best-of-Weddings voting opens in 3 weeks
Free to enter, and the badge converts browsers into inquiries. Action: email your last 20 couples the week it opens.
Regional bridal magazine's fall issue closes soon
Your spring wedding fits their coastal theme exactly. Action: submit this week, not next.
New boutique hotel opening on the bluff
No preferred planners yet. Action: be the first name they know.

🔭 The Scout

reads a prospect, finds the angle, drafts the outreach
Prospect: corporate retreat planner at a tech firm, found via the hotel opening
Honest read: strong fit. They book quarterly offsites, your vendor network overlaps 80%, and their current planner just went in-house elsewhere.
The angle: you already know every venue on their shortlist.
draft ready for your review:
"Hi Dana, congratulations on the Q3 announcement. When the bluff hotel opens next month I'll have walked it twice already..."

Audience: engaged, 27 to 40, within 60 miles, interests overlapping your venues
Offer: the free venue-matching consult

About us

Built by operators, for operators

Most business advice is a photograph of the wind from years ago. Tailwind reads the live wind and trims your sails, every single day.

Tailwind Business Intelligence is a Texas company. We built this engine for our own companies first, because we needed it: real businesses with real inventory, real customers and no time for stale advice. When it started winning for us, we built the portal so it could win for you.

We are a small crew and we like it that way. Every client is onboarded personally. Every business core is private to that client, never shared, never used for anyone else.

Tailwind
Your data, guarded

We attack our own ship so nobody else can

Your business runs on trust, so does ours. Here is how your data is protected, in plain words.

🔒
Your own sealed hold

Every client's data lives in its own isolated compartment. Your strategist can only ever see your business. No client can reach another's data, and neither can a stranger.

🛡️
Attacked on purpose, routinely

Our own red team runs scheduled attack drills against our live defenses: forged logins, cross-client break-in attempts, data-leak probes. Every drill must come back clean, and the results land on the founder's desk.

🤝
Never sold, never shared

Your data is encrypted in transit, used only to serve you, and never sold, shared, or fed to anyone else's business. When you leave, your data leaves with you.

Fair questions

FAQ

What exactly is Tailwind?

A private strategy portal for your business, powered by an intelligence engine we build around you. You get a dedicated strategist that knows your company, The Chart (a live playbook), a daily brief, opportunity scanning, sales and marketing tools, all in one place.

Is my business data private?

Yes. Your business core belongs to you. It is stored per client, isolated from every other client, and never shared or reused. We do not sell data, period. And we do not just promise it: our own red team runs scheduled attack drills against our live systems, trying to forge logins and reach one client's data from another's seat. Every drill has to come back clean.

What does it cost?

We are in an invitation beta with founding-client pricing. Enroll below and we will talk real numbers with you directly, no surprises.

Do I need to be technical?

If you can send a text message, you can use Tailwind. You talk to your strategist in plain words. There is nothing to install beyond opening a web page, and you can add it to your phone's home screen in two taps.

How does enrollment work?

Tell us you're interested below. We study your business and your market, then a real person reaches out to talk it through, including pricing. If we both feel the fit, you get your private enrollment link with your Business Score, we build your intelligence core, and your portal opens once your strategist is a genuine expert in your field.

What kinds of businesses is this for?

Owner-led businesses that live or die on momentum: service studios, agencies, e-commerce brands, sales teams. If you are the one steering, Tailwind is built for you.

Does Tailwind work with the tools I already use?

Almost certainly. We work with the common stack out of the box or on request: Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Slack, Zoom, Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero, Shopify, Etsy, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Calendly, DocuSign, Notion, Airtable, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp, Google Business Profile, Meta and Google ad platforms, Pinterest, and more. If you run something unusual, tell us at enrollment and we will find the door.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Beta engagements are month to month. If Tailwind is not earning its keep, you should not keep it.

Who is behind this?

Tailwind Business Intelligence, based in Texas. A small team of builders and operators. You will know us by name from your first onboarding call.
