The short version
We collect what you give us so we can research your business and serve you. Your business information stays in your own private record, is never shared between clients, and is never sold. Ever.
What we collect
- What you tell us: your name, email, phone, business name, website, and anything you write in our forms or in your portal.
- What we research: publicly available information about your business (your website, public listings, reviews, social profiles) gathered as part of the service you asked for.
- Service records: your portal activity, communications with us, and, where you are notified, recordings and transcripts of calls with us.
How we use it
- To prepare your Business Score and your private business intelligence core.
- To operate your portal and your dedicated strategist.
- To communicate with you about the service.
We use trusted processors to run the service (hosting, AI processing, payments, email). They process data on our instructions and have no right to use it for themselves.
What we never do
- We never sell your data.
- We never share one client's information with another client.
- We never use your private business core to serve anyone but you.
Who processes your data
To run the service we use a small set of provider categories, each under contract to process data only on our instructions: website hosting and content delivery, AI processing, payment processing, email delivery, and privacy-preserving analytics. They have no right to use your data for themselves.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and business data while you are a client. When you cancel, we remove your business core and portal data from active systems and keep only what the law requires, such as payment and tax records. Backups rotate on a schedule and age out; provider copies expire on each provider's own terms.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising cookies. We record cookieless, first-party page views to understand traffic, and we note which search or AI service referred you. You can block these in your browser without breaking the site.
Call recording
Calls handled by our AI receptionist may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up for you. Callers are told at the start of the call that it may be recorded.
AI processing
We use AI providers to operate the assistant and the strategist. We do not sell your data, and we use business-tier processing where a provider offers it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your information, and to opt out of certain processing. Reply to any email from us, or write to us, to exercise them; we will verify your request and respond.

Your choices
Ask us anytime to see, correct, export, or delete your information: reply to any email from us or write to us and a person will handle it. If you delete your account, we remove your business core and portal data, keeping only what the law requires (like payment records).
Communications
If you tell us you are interested, we will contact you about it. Every marketing email includes a way to say stop, and a reply saying "stop" always works too.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will tell active clients directly. The current version always lives at this address.
